Please Note: Please contact us if your parcel is delayed more than 7 business days after the date of your confirmation email.

We strive to get orders out as soon as possible to you, however current turnaround time is 5-7 days (not including weekends). Often however, orders are created earlier than this. During a sale period or during busy times (Christmas, Easter, Mother's/Father's Day & End of Year), please allow for extra time due to the sheer number of orders being processed. We pride ourselves on our orders being handmade in small batches and we do not mass produce. If an order is required in a hurry, a simple email would be appreciated and we will do our best to get this dispatched as quick as possible. We will inform customers of cut off periods via our social media pages & our website, therefore please keep these times & dates in mind when placing your order.
    We understand the importance of keeping the shipping cost low for our customers. Shipping costs are estimated on size and weight of items and these costs will be calculated at the time of checkout.  We predominantly use Australia Post for postage, but for larger, bulkier items we use Sendle or Fastway Couriers.

    Once the parcel leaves our hands we put our faith in the postage service and the powers above to do their part and deliver parcels on time. In the event a parcel is delayed but still delivered we do not accept refunds on those orders. Furthermore, if the parcel arrives at it's destination and has been delivered to the correct address, we do not take responsibility for a lost or stolen item - the customer will need to follow this up with the postal service them self for reimbursement. 

     
    Express Shipping
    If you require an order quickly, we offer express shipping via Australia Post. 
    This service is shipped from Sydney and takes approximately 1-5 business days depending on your location (see the shipping table above). Please allow extra time outside of major city CBD postcodes as Australia Post’s next day guarantee may not apply.  

    Be advised, express postage refers to a faster postal service when your item is shipped. It does not change our turn around times which are on the website. If you require the item quickly, please contact us via email whereby a rush order may be possible.

    Re-Delivery
    In the event that a parcel has been returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect address, we can organise re-delivery at the customer's expense. Please ensure you are completing your full and correct address upon checkout as this exact address is used. Once your items has been created, an email notification with your tracking number will be emailed to you. Please keep an eye on tracking as you may be required to collect your item from your local post office (or organise re-delivery). Parcels that are shipped back to us due to a customer not collecting their parcel will also need re-delivery at the customer's expense. 
     
    International Shipping
    We offer international shipping on request. If you are from outside of Australia, please let us know BEFORE placing your order and we will quote you on your shipping price.
     
    Pick Up
    Pick up can be arranged by appointment from Currans Hill, Sydney 2567.
    Once the order has been placed, please contact us to arrange a time for pick up. As I work full time outside of this business, pickup times must fit around my current work hours (generally after 6pm weekdays, and Saturday/Sunday mornings).
